The influence of synthetic esters on the thermal-oxidative stability of vegetable oils was studied. Based on the selected most effective antioxidant additives in certain concentrations and esters, compositions were compiled to study their effect on viscosity and acid number when added to vegetable oils. The synergism of the action of these compositions in reducing the oxidation of vegetable oils has been established. The mechanism of action of compositions of esters and additives during the oxidation of vegetable oils is proposed.
