Deep dehydration and demineralization of a Devonian and Carbon oils mix from Tatar deposits
Paper is a closing part of the trilogy which began in 8, 10 # 2011, and is devoted to working out designs of deep dehydration and demineralization of water oil emulsions characterised with abnormally high stability. It is noted [1–4], that by mixing together water-oil emulsions of Carbon and Devonian horizons industrial preparation of a mix becomes difficult: intermediate layers in settling equipment increase, residual water in oil grows, content of hydrocarbons in drainage water etc. increases. It is known, that at contact of ferruginous edge waters to hydrogen sulphide present in oil neutralization goes of the last with ferrous oxide leading to formation of a colloid suspension of iron sulphide (FeS), having hydrophobic properties and thus stabilising the water-oil emulsion [1]. It also occurs while mixing Carbon oil containing a significant amount of hydrogen sulphide, to the edge water of Devonian horizons characterised by rather big iron content.

Perspective directions of improvement and optimisation of process of thermal polycondensation of vacuum residue
Keywords: process thermal polycondensation, oil sintering additive, fat and coking coal, carbenes and carboides.
This paper presents the promising directions of improving the process thermal polycondensation of vacuum residue, the basic requirements and conditions of the process thermal polycondensation to produce oil sintering additive. Discussed in detail on the basis of the literature option of obtaining unauthorized access issues at the choice of hardware design process. The resulting product is recommended as a substitute for fat and coking coal in the batch for coking in the manufacture of steel and coke. Represented by mathematical expressions based on kinetic and empirical formula for modeling the the process thermal polycondensation of vacuum residue. A proof of the theory of autocatalytic mechanism of α-fraction.

The investigation of possibility of the oil products reception from oil-saturated sands

The compound and characteristics of the oil products, received from oil-saturated sands with new extragent is investigated. The middle fraction of the products which is received from oil-saturated sands either as the distillates from low paraffinuous oils can be used as a row material to receive the oils of different purpose.

Development of an innovative approach for resource-saving processes of petrochemistry and oil refining on the basis of their kinetic description
An approach is offered to raise resource effectiveness of industrial catalytic processes based on construction of non-stationary kinetic models and their applied use. With gasoline reformer taken as example, ways of reactors optimisation are being shown, and also extension of service life of Pt-catalysts at optimum activity operation mode. For catalytic processing of heavy hydrocarbon cuts an optimum water feeding method is offered to overrun coke formation reactions.
